Terminal phase

This is the last phase of any disease and depending on the nature of the disease itself, the treatment that has been followed or other aspects related to the patient’s health, it can have two possible ends .

In benign pathologies, the body recovers from this setback and regains health, however, in other diseases, the complications derived from the disease and the damage caused to the body can lead to the failure of an organ, putting the patient in crisis. system and causing the death of the patient.

The clinical horizon is a hypothetical and metaphorical moment from which the first detectable signs and symptoms of a disease appear , it is the end of the prepatogenic period, when people are in good health and are still healthy. If we relate it to the phases of the disease that we have previously explained, the clinical horizon would mark the border between the initial stage and the clinical stage.
