Hand injuries and diseases are some of the most common injuries people suffer. There are many different types of hand injuries and diseases, and each one can be pretty debilitating. If you suffer from a hand injury or disease, you must see a doctor as soon as possible to get the proper treatment.

Some hand injuries and diseases:

Carpal tunnel syndrome: Carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common type of hand injury. It is caused by compression of the median nerve as it passes through the carpal tunnel, a small space in the wrist. Symptoms include pain, numbness, and tingling in the hands and fingers. Treatment typically involves splinting, exercises, and, in severe cases, surgery.

Wrist sprain: Wrist sprain is one of the most common hand injuries. It occurs when the ligaments that support the wrist are stretched or torn. The symptoms of a wrist sprain include pain, swelling, and tenderness. A wrist sprain is usually treated with ice, rest, and splinting.

Ganglion: Ganglion in the hand can cause pain and discomfort. It is essential to see a doctor if you think you may have ganglion. Carpal tunnel syndrome is another hand injury caused by repetitive motion. It is essential to see a doctor if you think you may have any of these hand injuries.

Tingling in the left hand: Tingling in the left hand is often the first sign of carpal tunnel syndrome. Carpal tunnel syndrome is a condition that occurs when the median nerve, which runs from the forearm to the hand, becomes compressed.

Open wrist: Open wrist fractures are a common hand injury, particularly among children. The most common cause of these fractures is a fall onto an outstretched hand. Symptoms include pain, swelling, and deformity of the affected hand.

Red palms: Red palms and fingers could indicate liver disease. If the palms or fingers are also itchy, this could be a sign of cholestasis, where bile flow from the liver is blocked.

Burning hands: Burning hands can be a sign of several different conditions. Carpal tunnel syndrome is a condition that affects the hands and wrists and can cause burning, tingling, and numbness in the hands.
